Magido X51/2 Series Parts Washers 

The Magido X51/2 Series parts washers are automatic spray jet wash systems with dual tanks for wash and rinse stages that ensure a residue-free finish. Each washer is constructed using AISI 304 stainless steel and comes in two models with turntable sizes ranging from 35 inches to 45 inches. Wash systems are equipped with a rotating turntable and a spray bar that uses water pressure for washing medium and large-sized parts like cylinder heads, transmission housings, and more. The wash and rinse stages are controlled by PLC control operations that prevent cross-contamination in the tanks. Additional options for filtration and drying stages are available.

Magido X-53 Spray Cabinet Series

These washers are ideal for a variety of automotive parts, including cylinder heads, brake drums, or gearbox casings—removing oil, grease, and carbon deposits with ease. The Magido X-53-series parts washers are engineered for automatic spray parts washing applications using aqueous detergents at a temperature of 160°F. The parts are placed on a fixed platform and a series of angled water jet nozzles fixed on a spray ramp to optimally wash all the areas of the part. The turntable easily removes from the wash system onto a mobile cart for easy loading and unloading. All machines are constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel with additional options available for filtration, rinsing and drying stages.
