TPS Products is a leader in Industrial Cleaning across Wisconsin and the Midwest.  

We are seeking an outside sales person to help fuel our growth.  The ideal candidate can generate leads, build relationships with new potential customers, and foster a collaborative environment where we put customers first in order to develop a win win partnership with our customers.

We carry different chemical and equipment lines.  It’s up to this candidate to understand a customer's cleaning needs and match customized solutions for each individual customer.  The candidate will primarily focus on recurring chemical sales in order to build and grow a pipeline of repeat business with net new customers to TPS.

The makeup of this role:

This is a hunter role prospecting and closing new business.

Your time will be spent: 

  • 70% hunting for new customers 

  • 20% developing those new accounts 

  • 10% collaborating internally with the team 

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with net new clients to TPS via cold calls, referrals and networking.  

  • Demo TPS Products to customers with the help of leadership in order to gain buy in and move deals through the pipeline.  

  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

80% local travel required.  The chosen candidate will be required to visit clients within his or her assigned territory.  Minimal overnight may be required.  

Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  

Required Qualifications: 

High School Diploma 

Must own a reliable vehicle with valid drivers license and auto insurance.  

1+ years of direct B2B sales experience 

Desired Qualifications: 

Experience selling into the Automotive or Food Processing Industry 

Handiness or mechanically inclined to fix simple machines and systems.  

Compensation:

Uncapped commission.

$50,000-80,000 will be made in year 1.  Compensation will grow considerably in years 2 and beyond.
