Remanufacturing Operations all have their own unique challenges.  One thing is for sure, the cleaning demand is higher than anywhere else.  TPS Products helps remanufacturing companies large and small across North America with their cleaning needs.  Many times we to design a custom parts washer in order to meet the specific needs of each operation.  

TPS Recently helped a growing injector remanufacturer automate the entire cleaning operation.  This client needed precision cleaning and passivation to make the parts come out like new.  We provided a fully automated 6 stage ultrasonic unit that will take parts in on one end, wash them, brighten (passivate), and dry the parts so they come out the other end looking like new.
