How Ultrasonic Cleaning Reaches Complex Features
TierraTech systems immerse components in a liquid cleaning bath and apply high-frequency sound energy. This creates microscopic bubbles that collapse, a process called cavitation, helping release contamination from immersed surfaces.
Unlike direct spray, ultrasonic cleaning does not depend solely on a nozzle facing the surface being cleaned. The cleaning action works through the liquid, helping address intricate features and internal areas that are difficult to reach manually.
